After more than twenty years of experience around the world, I decided to return to my home town and open my own restaurant.
The idea behind it is to bring my Italian and international experience into my dishes, offering Italian cuisine built on respect for the raw ingredients (hence the name, “materia”), care for the little things and the details, friendly service, a selection of local and Italian wines, and the unfailing hospitality of southern Italy.
